of the completion of each individual order. Experience for many years
showed, how important the treatment of confidential data is. To make
your order possible and to offer you purchase without problems
everything of your personal data given to us will be handled strictly
confidentially and only for the usage of the completion of your order.
All data, which we must raise for reasons of the completion, are stored
1024-bit-encrypted on our secured servers.

free information on your account, change of data, locking your data or delete your

Ordering
When ordering in our store, we need your address, date of birth and
email address. If you should have selected credit card "as method of
payment", you profit still more from our data security, since we do not
receive credit card information. We receive by Mastercard, Visacarc,
American-Express only the information that the payment was approved and
checked. Thus no credit card information is stored and is protected
extremly. We only use your email address, if further inquiries arise to
your order. If you should have indicated a telephone or a fax number or
a mobile phone number, our staff will use this number only, if we
cannot contact you by email.
Newsletter
If you submit to our newsletterservice, you will receive an email 1 - 2 times per month. As
soon as you registered yourselves into the newsletter list, you will
receive an email with a link you must click on to confirm that this
email address is your emailaddress. Without confirmation, we cannot
send you our newsletter. That will protect yourself for spaming your
emailaccount and we are sure, that only people, who submitted to our
newsletter, will receive our newsletter.
Win-a-price
It is the same procedure, like our
newsletterservice. Only if you win a price we will contact you by email
to send you your gift-certificate or to discuss shipping or pickup of
your price.
Third partie, selling of data
We do not rent, sell or offer your
personal data to third parties. Except to authorities and our lawyers
if a criminal offence or offence against or Terms of Service is present
and we cannot contact you first by email or phone. If we have the
supicion that your registration has the major target to damage our
store or visitors, we will store all data for security reasons.
Usage of cookies during my order
We do not consider a storage of
cookies practicable, since onlineshops are often used during your
working or office time. We store the data of your order only in sessions, which is
displayed on the address line of your browser (&sessID=123...) and
will be active only 15 minutes after your last click on our store.
Compared with cookies, the advantage is, that no team-mate can check
your shopping-cart when leaving your computer. Cookies are often used
for a storage of 30 days or longer directly on your harddrive and will
offer different persons the chance of check your personal data if you
share your computer with team-mates or friends and family. Therefore we
recommend to provide yourself with a free customer account where you
are the only person with login and password. You can save all
interesting items on your notice-list, as long as you want. A customer
account will also offer you the chance to select your favorite language
and favorite currency from every place of the world. If you just want
to check our shop, you can do it without offering your data.
