If you want to get details about your order, please login to your account first. There you will find a summary of all your orders during the last 12 months.
Please select the button - order details - on your displayed order, you will find it on the left part of the page - framed with black.
On the summary of your order details, you will also find the shipping address, details about order and the history of your order.
If you have selected bank wire transfer as method of payment, you will also get the update, after we received your payment. Please always add the order-number and customer-number to every inquiry and also to your bank wire transfer.
If you do not get an updated status on that page, please make sure, that your browser gets always the latest version of this page or press the button - refresh - on your internet browser.
