Please always add our return form to your parcel and fill out all fields completly.
Please do not send items back with an age of 28 days (within Germany - 14 days within European Union)
Do not send items back, which are produced individually for you. Please read carefully the information on our return form

Please do not return items with broken, damaged or removed hygienic seal. We cannot refund these items or exchange and have to add additional shipping fees back to you or destroy this item.
